Our observation: cooking 2.0 is always more unifying thanks to a new generation of passionate chefs who are breaking the codes in favor of a more humane , responsible and accessible cuisine.
On the other hand, the utensil market has remained frozen between high-end historic brands, disconnected from new lifestyles, and poor quality and generalist entry-level brands, selling both a Chef's knife and curtains.
